1. Digital Products / Downloads

Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital product sales are final.

However, if you encounter a technical issue or feel there’s been a mistake, please reach out. We’ll do our best to make it right.

2. Events, Sessions, or Services

Cancellations made:

• 24 hours before the session: Full refund

• Under 24 hours or no-show: No refund
